So who are we anyway?
We had our first multi-family multi-generation garage sale in the fall of 2016. We did okay, but could have done better; we were quite disorganized and messed up a lot. We didn't have near enough signs, but that worked out okay because we were over whelmed to begin with... it was a mess!
Our second sale was the summer of 2017 and was better than the first but there were bumps as well. Overall, it was overly complicated but another great learning experience.
The third sale was held over 3 days, June 21,22, and 23 of 2018. It was our best sale yet!!! We had great planning and got perfect weather, purchased 8 large retail tables and 1 garment rack for items and clothing... they worked out great, and organized well.

Our most recent sale, the forth, went slow but steady. We needed to use more signs and get more items. We had lots of returning customers and hope for them to come back in the future!
We are planning to hold the 5th sale in late September/ early October.
